摘要
采用改性戊二醛、改性栲胶、铝鞣剂、合成鞣剂等无铬鞣剂,通过正交试验,优化出了多种鞣剂结合鞣制猪皮沙发革的无铬鞣制工艺.所得坯革的收缩温度≥89℃,革身丰满,柔软性良好,坯革物理机械性能达到了猪皮沙发革的性能要求.
The chrome-free tannage of pig skin sofa leather had been studied. And the chromefree tanning process combined with modified glutaraldehyde and other chrome-free tannaings had been gotten. Through orthogonal experiments, results showed that the crust leather was soft, full and the Ts was high（≥89℃）. Physical and mechanical capabilities of crust leather were up to the criterion for pig skin sofa leather.
