摘要
以碱式氯化铝和氧氯化锆为主要原料,以十二烷基甜菜碱BS-12为有机配位基,通过两步络合反应,合成了一种阳离子型水溶性铝锆皮革染色助剂,分析了染色工艺、助剂加入顺序、助剂种类及助剂的加入量等对染料上染率、染色牢度以及K/S的影响.结果表明,该偶联剂可使固色作用增强,并使革坯的耐干/湿擦性得到提高;当偶联剂AZ-B加入量为1%时,增深固色效果最好.
A kind of cationic water-solubility zircoaluminate coupling agents for leather has been synthesized with basic aluminum chloride and zirconium oxychloride as main raw materials through two complex reaction steps. At the same time, factors that affecting dye uptake, dyeing fastness and K/S value were analyzed, such as dyeing process, the sequence of adding assistant, its dosage and so on. The result indicates that dye fixation effect was enhanced with this coupling agent, as well as its dry/wet scrapping resistance. It was also found that dye fixation effect approach optimum when the dosage of coupling agents AZ-B is 1%.
