摘要
研究了应用双分离法从黄姜中提取皂素的预处理及酸水解条件.预处理条件主要研究了黄姜粉碎粒度对皂素、淀粉、纤维素得率的影响,并通过单因素试验、正交试验优化了黄姜酸水解条件对皂素得率的影响,结果表明黄姜最佳粉碎粒度为100目,最佳水解条件为:盐酸浓度0.75mol/L,温度130℃,时间6h.该条件下,皂素平均得率为1.76%,同时可分离得到31.79%的淀粉和26.23%的纤维素,该法资源综合利用率明显提高,并可大幅度减少废水的生成,减少环境污染,节约原料、能源.
The factors of pretreatment and acid hydrsisoly of extracting diosgenin from yam by double-separate were researched. The effects of granularity of yam to yield of diosgenin, starch and cellulose were studied by pretreatment. The effects of acid hydrsisoly to yield of diosgenin were optimized by single factor tests and orthogonal experimental designs. The results showed that the optimal granularity of yam was 100 mesh, the optimum hydrolysis were hydrochloric consistency 0.75 mol/L, temperature 130℃ and time 6 hours. Under this optimum condition, the average yield of diosgenin was up to 1. 76%. Furthermore, this process could obtain starch 31.79% and cellulose 26.23%. So the method could improve the utilization rate of yam, decrease the amount of wastewater; reduce the environmental pollution, save the saw material and energy.
