摘要
针对彩色印刷机在采用光电检测技术进行实时套印误差自动检测过程中由于光电头对不同颜色的检测灵敏度不一样而导致的明显的检测结果误差,在系统设计中引入了双边沿触发电路,从而准确获得了各色标中心点经过光电头的时刻.系统中以色标中心点位置来表示色标的实际位置,有效地消除了检测的系统误差,同时能有效消除其他一些不稳定因素所造成的随机检测误差,极大地提高了系统的检测精度及检测的稳定性.
The photoelectric detecting technology was usually adopted to detect printing registration deviation online in color printing press, but the detecting result had obvious error because of the different sensitivity of photoelectron head in detecting different color mark. The time when the center of color mark pass by photoelectron head was obtained exactly due to adopting double-edge-triggered circuit in system. The color mark's actual position was consistent with the center of color mark so that the system detection error and the random detection error could be avoided effectively, meanwhile the detecting accuracy and stabilization of system was enhanced highly.
