摘要
提出了采用高精度直流电动机控制专用集成电路L290/L291/L292驱动电机,并采用Ti公司生产的高速DSP——TMS320F2407作为主控芯片,运用位置环和速度环双闭环结构控制多部直流伺服电机协同运行的方法来设计整个系统,从而完成制卡的一系列动作流程.制卡机电机的抖动状态和运行状态的实验结果证明了这种设计的快速性、精确性和可靠性.
In this paper, high-precision direct-current motor control integrated circuits L290/ L291/L292 is proposed to drive motor, and adopting the high-speed DSP-TMS320F2407 which produced by Ti Company act as the main chip of the system, controlling many DC ser- vo motors which run synergeticly with position and speed closed-loop control to accomplish a series of action. The results of the magcard machine's jitter and running state experiments are provided to testify the effectiveness of the design.
