摘要
应用灰色趋势关联分析方法通过计算分析比较了我国不同层次、不同学科类型院校绩效与投入的灰色趋势关联度,并根据因子特征指数分解得到了各自的增长因子、协调因子及障碍因子,提出了针对不同层次、不同学科的院校,应结合其各自产出的经济属性有所侧重地采用政府公共投入机制及市场机制重点加强对各自绩效影响力较大因素的投入,以此提高各类院校绩效的建议.
Using the method of grey trend relational analysis and according China higher education institutions' different levels and subjects, this paper respectively calculates and compares the gray trend relational degrees, advantage factors, concerted factors and adverse factors for their performance and inputs. In addition, a few of countermeasures for improving their performance are presented.
