摘要
结合维尼纶纤维产品的生产实际,基于柯尔莫哥洛夫(Kolmogorov)检验思想,简化了线性回归方法,利用一次函数的线性相关性将维尼纶纤维生产过程中的甲醛浓度控制在了12.9024~35.6987g/L之间,保证缩醛化度在(29±3)mol%范围内,达到了质量控制的目的.
Combine the produce practicality of vinylon fiber product and Kolmogorov examination thought, simplified regression algorithm of the correlation between linear functions, control the formaldehyde density between 12. 902 4 to 35. 698 7 g/L, in order to promise the acetalizing degree in the scope of (29±3) mol%, then coming to the purpose of quality control.
