^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET and PET-CT in early detection of cancer recurrent

摘要 早期探测肿瘤复发可以改善患者的预后,延长其生存期。^18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(^18F—FDG)PET能在组织结构变化之前早期探测代谢变化,PET-CT中同机CT提供的融合图像能够对病灶进行精确定位,在早期诊断肿瘤复发方面显示功能与解剖信息互补的作用。除能准确诊断和确定肿瘤复发程度外,^18F—FDGPET及PET—CT还能进一步影响患者的治疗。 Early detection of recurrent can improve prognosis and survival of patients with cancer. ^18- fluorodeoxyglucose(^18F-FDG) PET can detect metabolic changes before structural changes. The fused imaging provided by PET-CT can precisely localize the loci and demonstrate the complementary roles of functional and anatomic assessments in the diagnosis of cancer recurrence. In addition to the accurate diagnosis and definition of the whole extent of recurrent cancer, ^18F-FDG PET and PET-CT can impact patients' management.
