摘要 实体肿瘤中存在大量的乏氧细胞。辐射可以导致这些乏氧细胞产生DNA链间交联(DNA interstrand cross—links,ICL)。ICL对细胞具有潜在的致死性毒性作用。细胞通过核酸切除修复、同源重组等方式修复ICL。但这种修复需要数小时才能完成。抑制ICL修复,有可能成为提高辐射敏感性的一种策略。 There are a lot of hypoxia cells in tumor tissue. These cells trend to induce the DNA interstrand cross-links (ICL) under radiation. ICL has potential lethal effect on the cells. Repair of ICL need a period of hours. It is possible to be a strategy in enhance of radiation sensitive by block the repair of ICL.
