摘要
通过各药剂对竹镂舟蛾幼虫进行林间正交试验设计,结果表明:混合化学药剂林间试验的最优组合为A3B2C1,即20%杀灭菊酯10000倍液+0.6%溴氰菊酯3000倍液+90%敌百虫1000倍液。混合生物药剂最优组合为a1b1 c2,即苏云金杆菌2000倍液+25%灭幼脲3000倍液+1%阿维菌素10000倍液的组合,这两组药剂可选用于林间对幼虫的防治。林间大面积防治试验结果表明,混合生物药剂a1b1 c2的防治效果达94.86%,值得推广应用。
Toxicity of compound chemical pesticides and biological pesticides for 2 - 3 instars larvae of Loudonta dispar (Kiriakoff) were tested. The best combination chemical pesticides was A3B2C1, mixed up with 10000 times of 20% fenvalerate and 3000 times of 0.6% Decamefhrin and 1000 times of 90% Dipterex. The best combination biological pesticides was a1b1c2, mixed up with 2000 times of Bacillus and 3000 times of 25% dimilim and 10000 times of 1% adametim. The effect of the a1b1c2 was 94.86% to control the larvae of Loudonta dispar in field.
