烤烟施用鸡粪有机肥的效应研究Ⅱ.重金属在烟株根茎叶中积累与分配状况研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF APPLICATION OF ORGANIC MANURES(CHICKEN WASTE) IN FLUE-CURED TOBACCO Ⅱ——STUDY ON THE STATUS OF HEAVY METAL ACCUMULATION AND DISTRIBUTION IN FLUE-CURED TOBACCO PLANT

通过烤烟施用鸡粪有机肥研究表明:"绿屯"牌鸡粪有机肥和光泽县植烟土壤符合有机肥料标准和国家土壤环境质量标准。叶片是富集Cd、Pb的重要部位,也是Cd、Pb污染的敏感部位,Cr、N i是叶片污染的次敏感部位,As、Hg对叶片污染不敏感。鸡粪有机肥中微量重金属不会导致烟叶重金属累积增加,Pb、Cd、Cr含量比施用纯化肥反而降低;化肥氮7kg+鸡粪氮2kg处理对抑制As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg在叶片中的累积和分配较有利,而化肥氮8kg+鸡粪氮1kg处理(A1)对抑制N i在叶片中的累积较有利。烤后烟叶中,As、N i、Pb、Cd在叶片各个部位几乎平均分配;Cr主要分配在下部叶,上部叶较少;Hg主要分配在中部叶,上部叶最少。各处理重金属的总累积量和分配比例以化肥氮7kg+鸡粪氮2kg处理对烟叶的品质安全性较好。

The results of the study on the effects of application of organic manure （ chicken waste） in flue - cured tobacco were summarized as follows ： ＂Green Tuen＂ brand of organic manure and the planting - tobacco soil in Guangze County accord with the standards of organic fertilizers and national soil environmental quality. The vital parts of accumulating Cd, Pb in plant was leaf , as well as the sensitive parts polluted by Cd, Pb, and the subsidiary sensitive parts polluted by Cr, Ni, but is not sensitive to AS,Hg. Middle - Minor heavy metal in the organic manure would not lead to the accumulation of heavy metal in the plant , the content of Pb, Cd and Cr is less than the disposal of the pure fertilizer ;the disposal of 7 kg chemical nitrogen with 1 kg organic nitrogen is more favorable to inhibiting the accumulation and distribution of AS, Cd, Cr,Pb, Hg in the leaves,the disposal of 8 kg chemical nitrogen with 1 kg organic nitrogen （ A1 ） is helpful to prohibit the accumulation of Ni in the leaves. After roasting, As, Ni, Pb, Cd almost distribute the same amount in all parts of leaves ; Cr mainly allocated in the lower leaves, less in the upper leaves; Hg mainly allocated in the central leaves, least in the upper leaves, the disposal of 7 kg chemical nitrogen with 2kg organic nitrogen on the quality of tobacco security is better in the total accumulation and the ratio of distribution than the others.
