摘要
本研究对三元辖区内五个国有采育场29块主伐—皆伐伐区,采用五种不同处理的调查设计工艺(方法)进行伐区调查设计,结果表明:Ⅰ处理调查精度高,但基准成本高,调查效率最低,Ⅳ处理调查精度较高,基准定额较低,调查效率最大,Ⅱ、Ⅲ处理则界于前两者之间,Ⅴ处理虽基准成本最低,调查效率较高,但因精度太低,故不宜采用。从Ⅱ、Ⅲ处理误差率偏高和Ⅳ处理误差率偏低的倾向出发,为减少调查误差,降低设计成本,天然林主伐伐区宜选择"Ⅲ处理+Ⅳ处理"进行调查,人工林主伐伐区可采用"Ⅱ处理+Ⅳ处理"进行调查,既可达到优化设计水平又起到优势互补的作用。为兼顾调查精度和调查成本,首先应考虑在有一定精度保证前提下,可选择调查效率高的调查设计工艺(方法)。
This study made a cutting area survey design about 29 final - clear cutting areas of 5 state - owned mining infertility farms in Sanyuan district with five different methods. The result indicated that: the survey accuracy of the I st method was high, while the criteriea cost was also high and the survey efficiency was the lowwest; the survey accuracy of the 4th method was comparatively higher,but the criteriea quota was comparatively lowwer and the survey efficiency was the highest; the effects of the 2nd and the 3rd methods were between the Ist and the 4th; and although the criteriea cost of the 5th was the lowwest and the survey efficiency was comparatively higher, the accuracy was so low that it was not suitable to use. Based on the inclination of error rate of the 2nd and the 3rd being comparatively higher, and comparatively lowwer the 4th method, and for reducing the survey error and designing cost, the 3rd adding the 4th method is suitable to the final cutting area of natural forestry, and the planted forestry fits in the 2nd adding the 4th method, which not only optimizes the design level, but also play a part in advantages mutually complementary. Considering to both survey accuracy and cost,and guaranteeing the survey accurancy, the method of high survey efficiency could be used.
