摘要
本文从形态标记、细胞标记、生化标记、分子标记等技术的研究状况方面;概述了菟丝子属近年来的研究进展;分析比较了各鉴定技术的特点;探讨了分子标记在菟丝子近缘种鉴定中的应用前景,并对菟丝子快速检疫鉴定技术作了展望。
This paper deals with the researchful information of morphological markers, cytological markers, biochemical markers and molecular markers; and the studying general situation of Cuscuta in the resent is summarized. The application and prospects of molecular biology in identification of weed seeds in related species are investigated. Finally, the perspective in the research direction of rapid quarantine and identification in Cuscuta is also presented.
