This paper summarized the progresses in sub -tropics forest ecosystem soil organic carbon cycle researches. It introduced detailedly the content and dynamic variety of soil organic carbon in different vegetations, different soil types, different age -class conditions, soil organic matter mode on researches of forest ecosystem soil carbon cycle and so on. It explained inside and outside factors in restricting reserves and state of forest soil organic carbon.
