摘要
用琼脂对倍稀释法检测117株淋球菌对10种抗生素的敏感性,用头孢硝噻吩法检测淋球菌的β-内酰胺酶,结果显示117株淋球菌中没有1株产酶株,然而淋球菌对青霉素的敏感性只有40.17%。淋球菌对头孢三嗪、壮观霉素、阿齐霉素、美满霉素100%敏感,对氟哌酸、氟嗪酸的敏感率分别为92.3%、91.46%,出现了对氟哌酸、氟嗪酸耐药的菌株,并发现淋球菌对氟哌酸和氟嗪酸存在交叉耐药。
The antibiotic susceptibilities were determined on 117 gonococcal isolates, and penicillinase was detected with nitrocefin disc method. The results showed that none of 117 isolaties produced penicillinase, however, only 40.17% of isolates were susceptible to penicillin. All of the isolates were susceptible to spectinomycin. ceforiaxone、 azithromycin and minocycline. The susceptibility of the isolates to norfloxacin and ofloxacin were 92.3% and 91.46% respectively, and there were gonococcal strains cross resistant to both norfloxacin and ofloxacin
