摘要
本文旨在从定量和定性两个角度比较中国和印度两国移动通信业的发展情况。中国移动通信业的发展应更多地归功于外部变量,尤其是政府的保护与扶持;而印度移动通信业虽然规模较小,但自主发展的能力却更强,发展潜力更加巨大。
On the basis of a both quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis of development of mobile communications industry between China and India,this article finds that the development of China's mobile communciations industry has been attributed more to external variables,especially to the government's protection and support while that of India's owes more to stronger self-development capability and potential though it lags behind its Chinese counterpart to a rather great extent and India's mobile communications industry is still smaller in size than China's.
