摘要
选择盐泽螺旋藻进行培养,比较其在正常培养液与含亚甲基兰培养液中的生长曲线、叶绿素a含量以及对染料脱色率的不同.将悬浮藻和固定化藻加入到染料废水中,测定处理前后染料废水的吸光度,并计算脱色率.结果表明:固定化盐泽螺旋藻对染料废水的脱色率明显高于悬浮藻,实验数据显示了藻类的固定化提高了它的合成代谢活性.
In this paper, culturing spirulina subsalsa in normal and dye nutrient fluid including methylene blue (2. 5mg/L) was studied. Growth curve, the content of chlorophyll a and decolorizing efficiency of methylene blue were measured. Test results showed that spirulina subsalsa could use methylene blue dye as only N resource for its growth. Put immobilized algae and free algae into dye wastewater and calculated the discoloring efficiency before and after treatment. The result showed that the purifying capacity of immobilized algae was obviously higher than that of free algae. The data suggested that algae, which were immobilized, raised its synthetic activities.
