摘要
为了观察额叶皮层对大鼠细胞免疫功能的调控作用,选用雄性Wistar大鼠,分为左侧额叶皮层毁损组、右侧额叶皮层毁损组、假手术对照组和无创伤对照组,于术后d19检测其外周血中CD8+细胞和脾细胞增殖。结果:假手术组与无创伤对照组间外周血CD8+细胞无显著差异;左、右额叶毁损组外周血CD8+细胞和脾细胞增殖指数(SI)均显著高于假手术组(P<0.01)。结论:额叶皮层毁损可增强机体细胞免疫功能,且左右对称。
In order to study the role of frontal cortex in immunomodulation,a cortex lesion experiment was carried out on rats.The male Wistar rats were classified into 4 groups:the left cortexlesioned group,the right cortex lesioned group,the sham operation group and the control group.19 days after cortex destruction operation,the CD8 + rates and splenocyte proliferation were detected.No difference existed between the sham operation group and the control group on CD8 + rates.A significantly increased CD8 + rates and splenocyte proliferation were observed in the left cortex lesioned group and the right cortex lesioned group when compared with the sham operation group( P <0.01).Conclusions:frontal cortex does modulate the cellular immunity in rats,but no laterality changes exist.
