腹腔镜胆囊大部切除术20例报告

The application of laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy:a report of 20 cases

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊大部切除术在慢性胆囊炎中的临床应用。方法：回顾性分析2004年4月至2007年8月我科施行20例胆囊大部切除术患者的临床资料。结果：18例在腹腔镜下完成手术，2例中转开腹。所有病例均无术后出血、黄疸及肝外胆管损伤等严重并发症发生，平均手术时间70min，术后平均住院时间5d，随访2～12个月，未发现远期并发症。结论：在严格掌握适应证、妥善处理残余胆囊并留置引流管的情况下，腹腔镜胆囊大部切除术是一种安全可行、创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快的手术，有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective：To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy in patients with chronic cholecystitis. Methods：From Apr. 2004 to Aug. 2007,20 patients with chronic cholecystitis accepted laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy in our hospital. The data were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Eighteen cases had laparoscopy successfully,2 cases were converted to open operation. The average operative time was 70min. The average hospitalization time was 5d. All patients were cured, and no complications occurred. Conclusions：Laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy has the advantages of safety,less invasion,less complication and faster recovery on the condition of strict indication control, proper dealing of remmant gallbladder and placement of dminage tube.
