摘要
结合临沂矿业集团邱集煤矿实际,从技术装备、安全管理、教育培训、安全文化等四个方面对该矿创新管理的实践进行分析,并从中得到启示。
Based on the practive fact in Qiuji coal mine, this paper tried to get an apocalypse about the point of creative management, which equips from the technique, safety management, education training, safety culture, etc.
