腓动脉穿支供血的小腿逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复足踝部Ⅳ度烧伤

Crural Reversed Fasiocutaneous Flap Nourished by Peroneal Perforator Repairing Ankle and Foot Fourth Degree Burns

目的:探讨一种应用腓动脉穿支供血的逆行岛状皮瓣修复足踝部Ⅳ度烧伤创面的手术方法。方法:自2000年7月至2007年4月,应用腓动脉穿支供血的小腿逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复踝周及足背Ⅳ度烧伤创面20例。结果:20例皮瓣全部成活良好,随访3个月至1年,皮瓣颜色、质地良好,无臃肿。结论:腓动脉穿支供血的小腿逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣血供充足,切取简单,不损伤主要血管,供区易于封闭,是修复足部踝周Ⅳ度烧伤创面的理想供区。

Objective： To explore a method to repair ankle and foot fourth degree bums. Method： From July 2000 to April 2007 , we have used crural reversed fasiocutaneous flap nourished by Peroneal perforator to repair 20 cases with foot and ankle fourth degree bums. Result： The flaps total survived. Followed up for 3 months to 1 year, the color, texture and appearance were good. Conclusion： This flap has sufficient blood supply and high survival rate. It is easy in design, dissection and without sacrifice of major arteries. So it is an ideal flap to repair the fourth degree bums in ankle and foot.
