密闭式湿润疗法与暴露式干燥疗法治疗压疮的对比研究

The Study of the Closed Moist Therapy on Patients with Bedsore

目的：探讨应用密闭式湿润疗法和暴露式干燥疗法两种方法治疗压疮的疗效，比较两组压疮病人的治疗时间、换药次数。方法：120倒患者共162处压疮，年龄18～90岁，其中Ⅱ度66处、Ⅲ度72处、Ⅳ度24处，随机分为密闭式湿润疗法组60例，其中Ⅱ度33处、Ⅲ度36处、Ⅳ度12处，暴露式干燥疗法组60例，其中Ⅱ度33处、Ⅲ度36处、Ⅳ度12处。结果：应用密闭式湿润疗法组治疗压疮的疗效明显高于应用暴露式干燥疗法治疗压疮的疗效；应用密闭式湿润疗法的病人的治疗时间和换药次数明显少于应用暴露式干燥疗法的病人。结论：应用密闭式湿润疗法治疗能明显提高压疮病人的有效率和治愈率，能明显减少病人的换药次数，缩短压疮病人的治疗时间。既减轻了病人的痛苦。又减轻了病人的经济负担。同时也减轻了医务人员的工作量，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect with two methods between closed moist therapy and exposed drying therapy on patients with bedsore, comparing the curing time and frequency of changing dressings within the two roups. Method： 120 cases with 162 numbers of bedsore aged from 18 to 79 , 66 of which belonged to gade Ⅱ ,72 to gade Ⅲ and 24 to gade Ⅳ. All the patients were randomly classified as two groups ,namely the closed moist therapy group including 60 patients with 33 cases belonging to grade Ⅱ , 36 to gade Ⅲ and 12 to gade Ⅳ, and the exposed drying therapy group including 60 patients with 33 cases belonging to grade Ⅱ , 36 to gade Ⅲ and 12 to gade Ⅳ. Result： The therapeutic effect within the closed moist therapy group was superior to that within the exposed drying thcrapy group, the curing time and frequency of changing dressings within the closed moist therapy group was less than that within the exposed drying therapy group. Conclusion： The closed moist therapy can significantly raise the effective power and the recovery rate , markely reduce the times of changing dressings and decrease the curing time. The therapy can allievate the pain and reduce the economic burden of the patients, and lessen the work load of the medical staff and can be widely used clinicaly.
