脑胶质瘤术后静脉化疗综合疗法的研究

Study on Combination Chemotherapy after Operation of Brain Glioma

目的：评价脑胶质瘤术后应用BVD方案（卡氮芥＋替尼泊甙＋顺铂）静脉化疗综合疗法的治疗效果及毒副作用。探讨有效的治疗方法，以期延长患者的生存期。方法：对我院2002年1月至2003年12月35例Ⅲ～Ⅳ级脑胶质瘤患者，继手术及放疗后，采用BVD方案即卡氯芥（BCNU）、替尼．泊甙（VM-26）、顺铂（DDP）静脉化疗综合治疗。随访3年，观察复发率及毒副作用，并与同期及以前的43例脑胶质瘤患者（对照组）随访结果相比。结果：BVD组的复发率明显低于对照组，两组36个月复发率相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：脑胶质瘤术后、放疗后应用BVD方案静脉化疗可以提高远期疗效．

Objective： To evaluate the effect and side effect of BVD method for combination chemotherapy on brain glioma patients after operation. To prolong the survival time of patients. Method： From Jan, 2002 to Dec. 2003, 35 cases patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade brain glioma were treated by radiotherapy after 0peration, further treatment were adopted, that is BVD method chemotherapy with BCNU, VM -26 , DDP. We observed the recurrent rate and side effect after followed up for 3 years and then compared with 43 cases brain glioma （ in control group ）. Result： The recurrent rate was much lower in BVD group than that in control group. There＇s significant difference in recurrent rate of 36 months in both groups （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： It can improve the long term result to treat rain glioma with BVD method after operation and radiotherapy.
