摘要 目的测定不同程度颈动脉狭窄患者的脑血管反应性,探讨颈动脉狭窄程度与脑血管反应性(CVR)的关系。方法应用TCD屏气试验,检测37例不同程度颈动脉狭窄患者双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)的屏气指数(BHI)及其不对称指数(AI),并对狭窄程度与BHI值的相关性进行评定。结果颈动脉狭窄程度≥70%的患者BHI值及不对称指数显著下降,狭窄程度与BHI值具有相关性。结论颈动脉重度狭窄患者的脑血管反应性明显降低,且与狭窄程度相关。 Objectives To assess cerebral vasoreaetivity (CVR) among patients suffering from internal carotid artery (ICA) stenosis of different severity and to explore the relationship between the degree of ICA stenosis and CVR. Methods Using TCD and breath holding technique,we observed BHI value of bilateral middle cere- bral artery(MCA)and asymmetry indices (AI) in 37 patients with ICA stenosis and assessed the correlation between BHI and the degree of stenosis. Results BHI and AI were both significantly decreased in the subgroup of patients with a arterial stenosis more than 70%. BHI were significantly correlated with the degree of ICA stenosis in theis group. Conclusion The CVR in patients with severe ICA stenosis was compromised and related with the degree of ICA stenosis.
