直接空冷汽包炉机组给水氧化性处理应用研究

摘要 通过热力系统金属内表面经氧化性技术在直接空冷汽包炉机组的应用实验,将锅炉给水由还原性除氧改为自然氧氧化性处理,采用工业在线氧化还原电位仪进行炉内水工况的监测与控制,进一步优化了直接空冷汽包炉机组炉内水处理工况,取得了节能降耗及有利于安全与环保的显著效果。 According to the application experience of the oxidation treatment to the metal inner surface in the thermodynamic system, feed water in the direct cooling drum boiler unit has been turned into trend for feed water treatment modification of the change reduction treatment to oxidation treatment. From original, supervised, and controlled by the industrial ORP, water treatment modification has been optimized. Thus, energy saving and wastage decreasing have been carried out, in order to reach the goal of safety and environment protection.
