摘要
研究了氨氮和硫化氢对三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)各期幼体存活率、变态率和日生长率的影响。结果表明:氨氮和硫化氢对三疣梭子蟹各期幼体存活率、变态率和日生长率都具有显著性影响(P(0.05)。在本试验浓度范围内,随着氨氮浓度的升高,三疣梭子蟹各期幼体存活率和未变态个体的日生长率(日生长率A)都逐渐降低,变态率和变态个体的日生长率(日生长率B)则先逐渐升高,达到一个峰值后又逐渐降低;随着硫化氢浓度的升高,三疣梭子蟹各期幼体存活率和日生长率A均呈现逐渐降低趋势,变态率和日生长率B也逐渐减小。
This paper studied the effects of ammonia - N and sulfureted hydrogen on the livahility, metamorphosis rate and daily growth ofPortunus trituberculatus larvae. The results showed that ammonia -N and sulfureted hydrogen had notable effects on them( P 〈 0.05 ). As the raise of ammonia - N concentration, survival rate and daily growth of unexuviated larvae decreased gradually, while the metamorphosis rate and daily growth of exuviated larvae increased gradually firstly and then decreased . As the raise of sulfureted hydrogen concentration, all the parameters measured decreased gradually.
