复乳法制备阻燃剂微胶囊的传质机理 被引量:2

摘要 以水溶性阻燃剂甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)作为芯材,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)与戊二醛(GA)反应所得缩醛为壁材,应用W/O/W相中相乳化法制备阻燃剂微胶囊,探讨PVA与GA成囊壁的反应过程.实验结果表明:该乳化方法制备微胶囊属于界面聚合反应,GA扩散到中间相环己烷与外水相PVA的界面上,与PVA发生界面缩醛化反应,包覆内相形成微胶囊. The acetalation process of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glutaraldehyde (GA) to form microcapsule wall was discussed. The microcapsules were synthesized with the water-soluble dimethyl methyl phosphorate (DMMP) as the core material and the acetal product of PVA and GA as the shell material by the W/O/W multiple emulsion method. The results indicated that the means of preparation of the microcapsules was interracial reaction. The acetalation reaction of PVA and GA was occurred, as GA diffused to the interface between intermediate phase cyclohexane and the outer water phase PVA, and the inner phase was encapsulated to form the microcapsules.
