气固相反应制备羟乙基甲壳素的水溶性影响因素

Principal Factors for Water-Solubility in the Preparation of Hydroxyethyl Chitin via Gas-Solid Reaction Route

羟乙基甲壳素是甲壳素的一种水溶性醚化产物,采用气固相制备方法可以得到水溶性好、醚化度高的羟乙基甲壳素.研究制备过程中影响产物水溶性的相关因素,得到制备良好水溶性的羟乙基甲壳素的较佳实验参数.

Hydroxyethyl chitin is one of water soluble chitin derivative. Water soluble hydroxyethyl chitin which has high etherification degree can be received by the gas-solid reaction with ethylene oxide. The effects of several reaction conditions on the water-solubility of hydroxyethyl chitin were investigated. Optimal experiment parameters of preparing hydroxyethyl chitin with good water solubility were obtained.
