摘要
测定了200日龄产蛋早期的42只高邮鸭血浆总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-淀粉酶(α-AMY)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和无机磷(P)共11项生化指标,并与4项生产性状(102 d产蛋数、最长连产天数、开产体重和30周龄蛋重)进行了相关分析;分析了GH基因的遗传多态性及其与血浆生化指标和部分生产性状的关系。结果显示:①11项生化指标中,仅AST活性与开产体重呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);CHO、LDL-C与开产体重呈负相关,但没有达到显著水平;HDL-C和CHO与蛋重呈正相关,也未达到显著水平。②GH基因第4外显子检测到AA、AB和BB基因型,等位基因B为高邮鸭的优势等位基因,测序分析表明多态位点位于第3 701处,发生了单碱基突变C→T,该突变为同义突变。③经最小二乘分析,BB型个体LDL-C含量显著高于AB杂合型个体,两者的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);各基因型个体的血浆其它生化指标虽有差异但并不显著(P>0.05);各基因型个体间4项生产性状之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
The contents of some biochemical characters such as total protein, ALB, AST, ALT, ALP, LDH, AMY, CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C, and P in the plasma of forty-two Gaoyou ducks at the age of 200 d were determined. The correlation between above 11 characters and four productive trait and the relationship between the polymorphism of growth hormone (GH) gene and the 11 characters as well as productive trait were analyzed. Among the 11 characters, significant negative correlation( P 〈 0. 01 )was observed between the activity of AST and body weight at first egg. CHO and LDL-C showed nonsignificantly negative correlation with body weight at first egg. HDL-C and CHO exhibited non-significantly positive correlation with egg weight. Three genotypes AA, AB and BB were found with the preponderant gene B in exon 4 of GH gene. Synonymous mutation 3 701 ( C to T)was detected in this region. The conetent of LDL-C in BB genotypic duck was significantly higher than in AB genotypic duck (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in other biochemical characters and four laying traits between individual ducks with different genotypes.
