摘要
企业文化要和企业经营管理所处的内外部环境相适应.当内外部环境发生变化时,企业文化也要进行变革.企业文化变革从流程上可以分成诊断、策划、实施三个阶段.本文从应用性研究的角度出发,结合实际的案例,以理念层策划为主具体探讨了企业文化变革的策略.
Corporate culture should fit the intra-and extra-environment.If environment changes, corporate culture should change accordingly. The procedure of changing corporate culture can be divided into three phases as follows:diagnosing, designing and implementing. From a perspective of applied study, this paper discusses a realistic case of organizational culture change, focusing on designing organizational value.
