摘要
我国对名人代言虚假广告是否承担法律责任目前尚无明文规定.本文通过提出问题,在比较中外有关此问题相关规定的基础之上,分析了我国应追究广告代言人法律责任的法律理由,并阐述了具体追究其法律责任的措施.
There is no provision about the legal responsibility of celebrity advertising mendacious ads in our country. Compared with relative provisions at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the reasons of investigating the responsibilities of the advertiser and reprsents some concrete measures.
