The Mechanism of NPO's Reasonable Use of Public Power

随着我国市场经济的发展,非营利组织将越来越多地参与管理公共事务。非营利组织在运用公共权力的过程中,由于环境和自身的局限仍存在着一些问题,主要表现在:监督力量薄弱,监督影响力较小,权力运用不当等。政府与非营利组织之间只有实现良性合作,才能促进公共权力的合理运用。

With the development of socialist market economy, a non-profit organization plays an increasingly important role in social life. In the process of using public powers, there exist several prob- lems caused by the environment and NPO＇s own limitations. They are reflected in the weakness of its supervision influence and improper use of power. Only by good cooperation between governments and NPOs can public power be reasonably used.
