摘要
针对串联预装填超高射频火炮的特点,建立了膛内火药燃气排空过程的计算模型,详细分析了后随弹丸弹前残余火药燃气的压力变化过程,并对弹前压力、弹后空间变化情况下弹丸运动规律进行计算.研究了3发弹丸以不同发射间隔序贯发射时的内弹道过程,对其规律和约束条件进行讨论,分析了发射频率对膛压和膛口速度的影响,弹前压力是影响超高射频火炮内弹道性能的关键因素,在发射间隔一定的情况下通过对超高射频火炮的调整和设计可以取得较好的内弹道性能.
According to the interior ballistic characteristics of hyper firing-rate gun with pre-loading stacked proiectiles, the calculation model of the gunpowder gas discharging process was established, and the change process of gunpowder gas pressure before the following projectile was analyzed in detail. The movement law of the following proiectile under the conditions of changing fore-projectile pressure and after-projectile vacuum was calculated. The interior ballistic course was studied while hyper firing-rate gun firing three bullets sequenially in a round. The law and constraint conditions were discussed. The effect of fire frequency on the in-bore pressure and muzzle velocity was analyzed. The fore-projectile pressure is the maior factor which influences the ballistic charactertics of hyper firing-rate gun. The preferable ballistic characteristics can be obtained by carefully designing and adjusting hype firing-rate gun under the conditions of constant firing interval.
