摘要
提出环境低氟是大骨节病原始病因,探索氟元素如何滋养和损伤骨骼系统,寻求有效防治措施。指出地质环境和饮水低氟促成大骨节病发生;在无其他氟源情况下,饮水氟质量浓度小于0.2 m g/L患轻度大骨节病,小于0.1 m g/L患重度大骨节病。人体发生以低氟为中心代谢紊乱,骨基质和骨盐合成不足,阻碍骨生长发育;提出防治大骨节病向人体补氟的具体方法。(6000)
A new theory is proposed cause of KBD in natural environment, in this paper which the low fluorine is an original making use of some theories about the modern geosciences, chemistry and medicine, the author made a thorough and consciously study related elements for the affected part of the skeleton system (Including nourishing elements), and probed the etiology and effective living prevention and cure measures. The low fluorine of geologic environment and water environment in ecological environment is an original cause of the KBD. Drinking flouring 〈0.2 mg/L in water, the people may suffer from light KBD and drinking fluorine of 〈〈0.1mg/L, the people may suffer from serious KBD without other fluorine sources. Because of the low fluorine effect, the human body may cause metabolic disorder, inadequate bone substrate and inorganic substance composition, undernourishment of bone, especially long bones. Some measures are proposed for prevention and cure of the Kaschin-Beck disease in this paper.
