With the rapid development and popularity of the internet, network ethics has become social concern. Therefore, it＇s of necessity to strengthen the control and regulation of the network ethics, construct the mechanism of regulating the network morality, further education of network morality, so as to change the users＇ values, outlook on life, thus building a harmonious network system which respects rights.
