摘要
本文对我国船员外派产业的现状、机遇与挑战进行了分析,并就如何推进我国船员外派产业化提出了对策思路。
The paper analyzes the present condition, opportunities and challenges of seafarers laboring industrialization in China. Some strategies are proposed on how to improve the industry.
