摘要
目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法,测定通迪胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1的含量。方法:采用Alltech RP—C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,柱温为室温;乙腈一水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0ml/min;蒸发光散射检测器检测。漂移管温度105℃,气体流速3.20ml/min。结果:人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1线性范围分别为0.97~9.70μg(r=0.9993)和0.36~3.60μg(r=0.9991),平均回收率分别为99.08%(RSD=0.91%)和97.53%(RSD=1.04%)。结论:本法简便快捷。准确度高,重复性好.可作为本制剂的质控方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC - ELSD method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Tongdi Jiaonang.Methods: Chromatography was performed on a Alltech RP- C18 column(5 μm,4.6mm × 250mm) at room temperature. Acetonitrile- water as the mobile phase in gradient elute; flow rate was 1.0ml/min. ELSD was used as detector with gas flow rate of 3.20 ml/min and drift tube temperature of 105℃ .Results:The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rgl and notoginsenoside R1 were 0.97 -9.70μg(r = 0.9993)and notoginsenoside R1 were 99.08% (RSD = 0.91% ) and 97.53% (RSD = 1.04% ), respectively. Conclusion:The method is sample, rapid, accurate and reproducible and can be used to enhance the quality control of this drug.
