安南龟冬眠前后酯酶同工酶的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对安南龟冬眠前后心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、骨骼肌7种器官组织进行了酯酶同工酶的检测。结果表明,安南龟不同器官组织的酯酶同工酶酶谱有明显差异,反映了酯酶同工酶的器官组织特异性;同一器官组织在冬眠前后其酶谱也出现明显的变化,反映了安南龟冬眠前后代谢过程和代谢水平的不同。 The esterase isozyme of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach and skeleton muscle of Annamemys annamensis before and after hibernation were detected by plyacrylainde gel clcctrophoresis. The resuhs showed that there were distinct different zymograms among tissues or organs as well as in the same tissue or organ between pre-hibernation and after hibernation. The results reflected that the tissue and organ had specificity of the zymogram and the differences in metabolizing process and metabolizing level of Annamemys annamensis before hibernation and after hibernation.
