摘要 对锅炉进行了冷态实验,在冷态下标定了布风板阻力特性,得到了矸石给入量与给煤机转速的关系以及煤泥浆给入量与螺杆泵频率的关系;对锅炉的点火、运行、压火和热备用启动过程进行了分析,得到了床层阻力和温度的实验曲线。实验表明,锅炉运行期间,全烧矸石和全烧煤泥时,流化床层温度基本不变,锅炉燃烧稳定。 The cold test is done to the boiler and grid resistance feature is marked under the cold. And the relationship between gangue input and rotational speed of coal feeder; the relationship between slurry input and the frequency of screw pump are achieved. By analysing the ignition, operation and hot bank start-up procedure the test curve of bed resistance and temperature and obtained the test shows that during the operation the bed temperature is almost unchanged and the burning of boiler is stable when fire gangue of mud coal singly.
