摘要
目的:建立薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法:以原儿茶醛为对照品,二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(8:5:0.8)为展开剂,分离得到原儿茶醛,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长281nm,测定原儿茶醛的含量。结果:原儿茶醛在0.50-4.50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997。平均含量为0.202mg/ml,加样回收率为98.0%~103.0%。结论:实验结果表明,薄层层析-紫外分光光度法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量,方法操作简便、准确度高、精密度好,可用于丹参注射液的质量控制。
Objective: To separate and determine the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Injection by TLC-UV method. Methods: Using protocatechuic aldehyde as reference substance, the content of protocatechuie aldehyde in Dan- shen Injection was determined by TLC-UV with dichloromethane-acetic ether-acetic ether(8:5:0.8) as the developing solvent and the detective wavelength of 281 nm.Results: Protocatechuic aldehyde had a good linearity in the range of 0.50- 4.50 μg/ml (r=0.999 7). The average content was 0.202 mg/ml.The recoveries were 98%-103%. Conclusion: The TLC-UV method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Danshen Injection.
