对UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测异常红细胞的结果分析

Analysis of unusual red blood cell results by UF-100 urine sediment analyzer

目的:研究UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测异常红细胞的影响因素。方法:对UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测的420例异常红细胞尿液标本进行沉渣镜检。结果:112例假阳性标本分别为50例草酸钙结晶、31例大量杂菌、22例酵母菌、5例其他药物结晶及杂质、4例为仪器本身异常。结论:UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测异常红细胞必须结合镜检以提高尿液检验质量。

Objective：To investigate the influence factors of unusual red blood cell result using UF-100 urine sediment analyzer.Methods：420 urine samples with unusual red blood cell result were analysed by UF-100 urine sediment analyzer. Results：50 cases with calcium oxalate crystal, 31 cases with lots of miscellaneous germs, 22 cases with saccharomycete, 5 cases with drug crystal and other corpuscles were found in 112 urine samples with false positive result of red blood cells. The false positive result of the other 4 cases resulted from the analyzer problem.Condusion：UF-100 urine sediment anal- ysis must combine microscope examination in order to improve the urine examination quality.
