氧化应激状态下肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞修复存活、凋亡及调控因子Bcl-2/p53的变化 被引量:2

摘要 多种慢性肺疾病包括支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)、肺纤维化等的病因之一是长时间吸人高浓度氧而导致肺氧化应激性损伤,其防治的根本难题是内源性肺泡上皮不能自行恢复,而由成纤维细胞替代形成肺纤维化。抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2和促凋亡蛋白p53可参与细胞凋亡调控过程,但在氧化应激性肺损伤中仍少有报道。本文以体外培养的大鼠原代肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞(ATⅡ)为研究对象,以不同浓度过氧化氢(H2O2)处理,模拟活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)攻击损伤ATⅡ细胞的体内情况,探讨氧化应激状态下ATⅡ细胞修复存活、凋亡及Bcl-2/p53的变化。
