癌症患者创伤后应激障碍的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 临床心理学将危及生命的疾病视为导致创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的应激源之一.癌症是一种常见的危及生命的疾病.患有PTSD的癌症患者比单纯癌症患者预后更差,存活期更短.因此,在攻克癌症的临床工作中,对癌症患者PTSD的研究至关重要.本文回顾了近年来国内外学者对癌症患者PTSD的研究,就癌症患者PTSD的特点、影响因素、诊断与评估、治疗等进行综述,以为今后该领域的研究和治疗提供可借鉴的资料.
