摘要
目的探讨以网络护理案例论坛为主体的综合培训措施在培养护生评判性思维能力中的效果。方法154名护理大专生志愿者被随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组护生参加以网络护理案例论坛为主体的综合培训,培训时间为6个月。两组护生在实验前后填写评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)。结果测试结果存在组间差异(P<0.05),实验组护生的评判性思维能力的提高程度高于对照组。结论以网络护理案例论坛为主体的综合培训措施能有效地提高护生的评判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing case forum to cultivate the critical thinking ability of nursing students. Methods One hundred and fifty-four junior college nursing students participated in this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, all of them attended standard clinical nursing practice training. Besides this, experimental group students also join nursing case forum for half a year. All the students fulfilled the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory before and after study. Results There was significant difference between experimental group and control group （P〈0.05）, students＇ critical thinking ability in experimental group had been improved obviously. Conclusions The comprehensive training method mostly include cases forum can improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.
