汽车轮胎稳态温度场的数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用轮胎力学场的数值分析结果,采用傅立叶级数拟合单元在轮胎滚动一周内的应力-应变变化,并根据拟合后的傅立叶系数计算轮胎单元损耗应变能和生热率,分析了轮胎在不同速度时的温度场。计算结果与试验值基本一致。 Fourier series was utilized to fit the stress and strain of tire in a rolling cycle by means of mechanic according field analytic result. Element dissipation energy and heat generation rate were calculated to the obtained Fourier different velocities. The results of s coefficient imulation and the steady temperature fields were simulated at were basically consistent with the experimental values.
