职业中学高中生和重点中学高中生心理健康状况的对照研究

A comparative study of mental health state between students of the key and vocational middle school

目的调查职业中学和重点中学高中生的心理健康状况。方法抽取职业中学和重点中学各一所,采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对学生进行测评,并对结果进行比较。结果两所学校问题学生检出率分别为22.5%和14.49%,职业中学学生的心理问题明显多于重点中学学生,高一年级差异明显,主要表现在人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌意、恐怖及精神病性等方面,重点中学学生的心理健康状况相对较好,但女生的多个因子分高于男生。结论职业中学学生的心理健康状况较差,结果令人担忧,重点中学学生的心理健康状况相对较好,但存在性别差异。

Objective To investigate mental health state of the students in vocational middle school and key middle school. Methods Students of the vocational middle school and the key middle school were assessed by SCL-90 and then the results were compared. Results Percentage of students with mental problem were 22.5% and 14.49% respectively in the two middle school. The vocational middle school students＇mental problems were significantly more than those of the key middle school students. Students of senior grade one had obvious difference,the main mental problems were interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, phobia and psycholicism. The mental health state of the students in the key middle school was relatively better, but some factor scores of the female were higher than those of male. Conclusion The mental health state of the students of the vocational school is bad and troubling, while that of the key middle school is relatively better with gender difference.
