单核苷酸多态性和单倍型与儿童精神疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近些年来儿童精神疾病越来越引起社会学者及精神病学家的重视,相关的发病因素、临床表现、预后转归及治疗的研究也日益增多,而对于遗传因素在儿童精神疾病发生发展中的作用是这些研究中的热点之一,有关单核苷酸多态性和单倍型的研究技术是目前遗传学研究的前沿技术之一,本文就近年来单核苷酸多态性和单倍型研究技术在儿童精神疾病研究中的应用进行综述。
