摘要 让-克洛德·特里谢(Jean-Claude Trichet),1942年12月20日生于法国里昂,早年先后毕业于法国巴黎政治学院和专门培养政界精英的法国国家行政学院。1987～1993年特里谢任法国财政部长,1993～2003年连续两届任法国中央银行——法兰西银行的行长。2003年,特里谢开始担任欧洲中央银行行长及十国集团央行会议主席。
