摘要
较全面地分析了水库防洪风险计算中存在的各种不确定性量，探讨了这些不确定性量的分布及其参数的确定方法，着重研究了水力风险计算问题；并针对一个实际水库，考虑防洪库容的滞洪削峰作用，初步研究了水库防洪全面风险率模型应用问题．
In this paper,all sorts of uncertainties and their distribution in the calculation of reservoir flood control risk are analysed.The overall risk mainly consists of hydraulic risk and hydrologic risk.The practical calculation model of the overall risk is presented which is used to consider reservoir possessing flood detention and flood flat topping and to determine the highest flood regulation level by means of storage routing.
