排气回收系统切换控制判据分析

摘要 对排气回收系统回收控制判据的取值进行了理论分析,给出了易于测量和控制的判据.通过对排气回收过程的启停和切换的控制,达到了既对气缸排气腔有压气体尽可能多的回收,又尽量减少排气回收后对气缸动态特性所产生的不利影响的目的. The selection of exhaust recovery control criterion has been analyzed theoretically, and a mensurable and managable criterion of the exhaust recovery system for pneumatic cylinders is given in this paper. More pressured air in dischanging chamber can be recovered and less disadvantageous influence on the cylinder velocity characteristics will generated by the suitable control of the switching-point.
